Go green, save green at Ocean Edge Resort

We’ve all seen the eco-friendly option available in most hotels to forgo daily towel changes. But would you be willing to pass up all housekeeping services if it meant you could save as much as 45% off your resort stay?

Cape Cod’s Ocean Edge Resort (see our review),  a family-friendly and tradition-filled landmark set alongside Cape Cod Bay, boasts a fantastic beach, six pools, five restaurants, imaginative kids programming, and lots of opportunity for outdoor adventure.  This summer, the resort is taking eco-friendly to heart with its Go Green promotion.  Book a week-long stay in an Arbor Village condo between June 1 and September 6, opt for no housekeeping services, and you could pay as little as $125 per night for a one-bedroom unit with full kitchen, living room, free Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer.  Rates for a weeklong stay with this promotion range from $875 (June 1-30) to $1,750 (July 16 – August 23).  By comparison, seven nights at the regular rates during the same timeframes range from $1,450 to $2,170, respectively.  Solid savings, if you’re willing to do a little cleaning up after yourselves and do your own laundry.

If you choose to “Go Green,” you’ll also receive a $50 resort credit to use towards dining, spa treatments or golf.  Not able to stay for a week? Ocean Edge is offering discounted Go Green nightly rates, ranging from $139 to $270, plus a $25 surcharge for weekend stays.
