The amount of onboard credit and the amount of your deposit are both calculated on a sliding scale, based on the length of your cruise. If you book a three-night cruise, for example, you'll get $50 of onboard credit per stateroom, and you'll shave $50 off your deposit for each family member. Choose a seven-night itinerary, and you'll get $100 of credit per stateroom plus you'll shave $125 off your deposit, per person. To get $200 worth of credit, you need to book a cruise of at least 10 nights.
