Westin Hotels & Resorts has teamed up with Nintendo to let guests experience the Wii phenomenon while on vacation. Westin Hotels is the first hotel company to partner with Nintendo for its Wii console and will feature this specially-designed console as part of the brand's WestinWORKOUT program at 10 hotels across the United States. The idea is to provide a fun way for guests to keep fit while on the road. The special game console is pre-loaded with many popular games, including the Wii Sports game and, very soon, Wii Fit, the highly anticipated interactive fitness game coming out the week of May 19. Using the Wii Balance Board accessory, guests at Westin will be able to participate in a mix of more than 40 yoga, aerobics, strength training and balance activities. By the end of May, Wii will be available in these 10 Westin properties:

• The Westin Times Square, New York City
• The Westin Bellevue, Washington state
• The Westin Hilton Head, South Carolina
• The Westin Crown Center, Kansas City
• The Westin Harbor Castle, Toronto
• The Westin Diplomat, Hollywood
• The Westin St. Francis, San Francisco
• The Westin St. Louis
• The Westin Galleria, Houston
• The Westin Savannah Harbor

Not heading to any of those destinations anytime soon? Sit tight. Westin plans to roll out Wii systems in additional locations following guest feedback from the initial pilot.
